Background
My heart's work is supporting adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, depression, self-esteem struggles, prenatal and postpartum transitions, life transitions, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ mental health, and healing from complex trauma. As a Latina therapist, I offer therapy in English and Spanish, honoring the importance of culturally responsive, inclusive care. My clients are ready to reclaim their voice, soften self-doubt, and reconnect with who they truly are.
As a holistic trauma-based therapist, I blend talk therapy, nervous-system support, mindfulness, emotional processing, and art. I help you unlearn perfectionism, soften your inner critic, and reconnect with the parts of yourself pushed aside—whether due to trauma, identity struggles, or life’s pressures.
