Sierra
Sierra is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, and she is trained in EMDR, the Gottman Method, and Marriage & Family Therapy. She specializes in working with individuals and couples, trauma and complex-trauma, neurodivergence, and eating disorders. She is currently offering in-person and online appointments throughout the week and evenings, and can discuss accessible rate options based on financial need.

Background
Sierra previously worked in a Fortune 500 corporation; however, after experiencing her own grief and loss, she realized her true passion was in helping others. She took the risk of leaving her career and pursuing Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rollins College.
She is passionate about working with clients struggling with trauma and complex-trauma, grief and loss, neurodivergence, and eating disorders. She prioritizes using an integrative, holistic approach to counseling, and provides treatment based on your needs and goals. She uses an attachment-based, systemic approach with clients, and integrates multicultural and trauma-focused counseling.
Aside from being a counselor, Sierra is also a dog-mom to her pup, Mr. Magoo, and she enjoys being out in nature or jamming to Fleetwood Mac.
