Brianna

Brianna's work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity, helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

Background

Brianna is a therapist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples, offering a warm and supportive space to explore experiences, heal from past wounds, and reconnect with oneself. She has a special passion for working with eldest children and adults who grew up quickly, taking on caregiving or people-pleasing roles and often suppressing their own needs in the process. Brianna helps clients understand how these patterns once served a purpose and supports them in setting boundaries, prioritizing themselves, and cultivating self-compassion.

She also works with individuals who have experienced trauma and relational trauma, guiding them as they rediscover their identity, self-worth, and sense of safety in relationships. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy to help clients challenge negative self-talk, reclaim personal power, and begin rewriting the stories they tell themselves. Brianna is currently receiving training in EMDR to further support trauma-focused healing.

With couples, Brianna uses Gottman-informed interventions to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection, particularly during life’s more challenging transitions.

Brianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida.
